Baja Real Estate and Consulting was created in order to better serve those interested in investing in Baja California, Mexico. We work with many different professionals, associates, agents and brokers to try and give you the broadest of service concerning real estate and doing business in Baja California, Mexico.

Our consulting service involves a network of professionals that not only have many years of living in Baja California but have a great deal of experience in doing business here and therefore we feel we can bring you the best quality of services possible.

It is our intention to assist our clients by taking the surprises out of property and business transactions as much as we possibly can. We may not always have the answer but in most cases we will or can find who does.

 James Glover Owner/Broker/Consultant:

James (Jaime/Jimmy) has over 18 years of living, investing and working in Baja California Sur. Having been a business and computer consultant for over 20 years in Mexico and the U.S before. He  has owned many different businesses of his own, including Compuset, desktop publishing and Human Interface computer consulting and "In Motion" magazine in the U.S. In Mexico he has owned Velas de Baja, the only sail making business in Baja Sur for over 12 years and is the owner of Desert Digital and MerCaboTecnia which is the publisher of webzines like www.bajainsider.com and www.loscabosinsider.com . James as well has consulted on business start ups, creation of corporations, sub-divisions, transportation, importation and the acquiring and sale of land for development and residence.

Living in the East Cape area for 4 years, La Paz for 12 years, simultaneously in Pescadero and 3 years in Cabo San Lucas, James has a very broad experience of Baja Sur and all of Baja for that matter. He speaks Spanish at about 75% and has continually been in pursuit of answers and solutions the entire time he has lived in Mexico.

 David Mandich Agent:

David is a former  Bank SVP who enjoyed a 35 year career specializing in Real Estate development and commercial lending in Oregon and California. Prior to that he was a Building Contractor and more recently, a Prudential Realtor in Los Cabos.   He has written  articles on Real Estate, Travel, Dental & Medical Tourism, Cuisine, Art, Baja California & Mexico for magazines and Internet media.

President of Baja Re-Location, Kerry Sims  has been a licensed real estate agent and broker in several foreign countries, including Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Bali, as well as having sold real estate for ten years in New York City.  Her experience in other countries has helped set the standard for our business practices.

 Working with many of Baja’s best developers in Baja Norte and are able to give our customers information on property that will meet their needs for retirement, vacation or investment in Baja.  We understand how moving to a new country is challenging and our company strives to answer questions on finance, security, insurance, immigration and many other essential needs.
